This contest is only open to players below the rank of Master (5 000 Local Points) and to non-EBU members. Entry qualification is based on points earned prior to the 1^st October before the competition. Systems used are at level 2 only. The top 50% of the entry will qualify for the Regional Finals of the National Newcomers’ Pairs, and may enter if they wish to do so. This heat will be a one-session event.
